Tanuvi is Chair of the Fairness Commission, bringing extensive experience in business leadership, technology, and strategy to drive impactful, data-informed change across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. An award-winning woman in tech, experienced public speaker, and technologist, she has built an acclaimed tech business, advises cultural institutions, and is passionate about using data, AI, and digital skills to help create fairer, more inclusive communities.

Kirsty Sincock
Born and raised in Truro, Kirsty’s career in education has been dedicated to breaking down barriers for young people from non-traditional backgrounds. She now wants to use her skills and lived experience to drive wider change across the region, ensuring that talent and ambition are nurtured, regardless of background.

As a disabled Cornish woman, Kate brings vital lived experience of inequality and a strong commitment to making sure underrepresented voices are heard. She is determined to use her role on the Fairness Commission to champion meaningful, community-driven change for those most impacted by unfairness.

With a background in activism and advocacy, Zuzanna is committed to placing lived experience, intersectionality, and interdependence at the heart of the Commission’s efforts. She is passionate about dismantling systemic barriers and driving equity-focused solutions that reflect the true diversity of Cornwall’s communities.

Following a 45-year military career, Anthony settled in North Cornwall and brings valuable leadership experience to the Fairness Commission. He is particularly passionate about fair representation for all, with a special focus on advocating for the veteran community.

Having lived in the Southwest for most of her life and worked at the University of Exeter’s Cornwall campus for nearly 15 years, Jodie brings deep regional knowledge and expertise in environmental psychology and policy development. She is passionate about improving inclusivity and fairness across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, ensuring research and real-world action go hand-in-hand.
